Late entries will be accepted with
a $25 charge.

All does must be tagged with the USDA scrapies tag

Any doe having visible cysts, abscesses or open wounds will not be allowed to show and must be removed immediately from the show grounds.

Does will be shown with a collar or short leash.

Does will be judged on meat quality and breeding quality.

Does do not have to be shorn. Does will not be penalized if they are shorn. For example, does may be shown in BOTH breeding doe and market goat classes. Market goat classes require shearing or clipping.

Does must be on the ground two hours before the start of the breeding doe show to check in and to be classified.

All does will be toothed to verify age. Registered does papers may be used to verify age, but papers and tattoos must match.

Classes are
-Class 1 All milk (weanling)
-Class 2 Two large teeth (yearlings)
-Class 3 Four large teeth (two to three years old)
-Class 4 Full set large teeth (over four years) -
Breeding goats are NOT eligible to sale at the Junior Livestock Auction
