The county fair should bring the youth of this area together to enhance their abilities, skills, promote self-esteem, competitiveness, honesty, responsibility while providing a venue for scholarships and education"
A Word From Our President
I want to welcome you to the 2024 edition of
the El Paso County Fair! 2024 is a milestone year – this will be
the 70th
El Paso County Fair and we look forward to celebrating it with
you! We are proud of
what we have accomplished in the past 70 years and all of the
youth who have benefitted from these accomplishments.
2023 was a banner year for the Fair and we
are looking forward to an even better year this year. Our goal is
to provide an exceptional experience for all participants and
their families. We welcome 4H and FFA members from El Paso, Dona
Ana, Culberson, Hudspeth and Otero counties.
We look forward to seeing you in September!!

**ATTENTION POULTRY EXHIBITORS**
Updated Texas Animal Health Commision Requirements:
1. All birds must have a CVI within 10 days of the show.
2. All birds are required to have a negative AI and PT test within 21
days of the show. NPIP Hatchery is not an exemption from any
testing. Though an outbreat of either is not expected, IF a case of
either is reported in your state, a negative of that test is
required within 72 hours of the show.
3. All tests must be completed after 8/28/2024
4. Birds coming from New Mexico must have an entry permit from TAHC,
which can be obtained:
a. permits@TAHC.texas.gov

c. 512-719-0777 ext. 777
Last day for testing at Dr. C's in Anthony is Monday morning, 9/16/2024.
