a $25 charge.

Ag Mechanics judging begins. All exhibtors MUST be available to talk with judges. Grade school and middle school scholarships presented. Consumer Science Auction DON'T FORGET TO BRING BUYERS Clean up and set up sale ring for the Livestock Auction. |

Decorations and set up for the Buyers BBQ – MANDATORY FOR ALL SALE PARTICIPANTS. DON’T FORGET TO BRING BUYERS. Buyers BBQ and Check in for all Buyers. When registering to buy, each buyer will be required to pay the day of the sale or register a current, valid credit card which will be charged for the amount owed sixty (60) days from the date of purchase if payment has not already been made. Each buyer must also provide a current, valid address and phone number to register. Payment arrangements can be made at the time of registration with the Livestock Show Secretary Kylie Owens or County Fair Executive Board. This will also include all add-on monies. El Paso County Fair Junior Livestock Auction begins. Directly following the Auction – Clean up – please stay and help. |
