All times are subject to adjustment depending on the division entry numbers and / or changes in facility limitations.
ALL ENTRIES MUST BE COMPLETED AND PAID FOR ONLINE.

Entries will be accepted from individuals and / or clubs or groups.

 Entries must be submitted online by September 15, 2018 at 11:59pm
 Late entries will be accepted with a $25 charge.

Decorations and set up for the Buyers BBQ – MANDATORY FOR ALL SALE PARTICIPANTS. DON’T FORGET TO BRING BUYERS.

Buyers BBQ and Check in for all Buyers. When registering to buy,
each buyer will be required to pay the day of the sale or register a current, valid credit card which will be charged for the amount owed sixty (60) days from the date of purchase if payment has not already been made. Each buyer must also provide a current, valid address and phone number to register.
Payment arrangements can be made at the time of registration with the Livestock Show Secretary Kylie Owens or County Fair Executive Board. This will also include all add-on monies.

El Paso County Fair Junior Livestock Auction begins.

Directly following the Auction – Clean up – please stay and help.
