El Paso County Fair 2015 Queen ~ Breeanon Ramey

Breeanon Ramey

It is our privilege and honor to introduce our 2015 El Paso County Fair Queen, Miss Breeanon Ramey. Breeanon is the proud daughter of Scott and Clarissa Ramey, and older sister of Tristan Ramey.  As the child of a military family, Breeanon was given the great opportunity to travel at a young age and gained a strong relationship with her family and the ability to explore a wealth of areas of interest.

Graduating from Clint High School in May of 2017, Breeanon is an active part in the Genesis Program in which she studies Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) in a rigorous academics and hopes to pursue her interest in agriculture studies at Texas A&M.  Academically, Breeanon has maintained a high GPA, ranking her #1 of her class all three years. She is a member of the National Honor Society and took 3rd place at a Destinaton Imagination Competition. While in high school, Breeanon is active in National FFA Organization, in which she serves as the Chapter Vice-President and the Rocky Mountain District Secretary.  Her involvement with this organization sparked an interest with her participation in El Paso County Fair in which she has been a swine exhibitor, has entered baked goods in the culinary arts division and has excelled due to the skills that she has gained in participating in leadership and career development events.

From the classroom to the field, Breeanon has had many accomplishments as an athlete.  She has been a 3-time Regional Qualifier Varsity Cross Country 2013-2015 and a Regional Qualifier Varsity Track & Field 2015 for Clint High.  Breeanon has been learned that power of teamwork, hardwork and commitment. These great skills are not limited to what she can do at school as Breeanon has had the great ability to work at Rainbow’s End Farm, a farm in which her mother worked at for 13 years.  By continuing this legacy  Breeanon has had the opportunity to help run the farm in any aspect while learning to ride. Once she had 2 years of training she was then able to compete in the horse sport known as Dressage and since then has been a 3-time winner of the Banjo High Point Award Jr. Dressage. She is currently in her 4th year and is now able to help train other horses alongside the instructor, Karin Lencyk.

Breeanon is the picture of dedication and a commitment of excellence.  She never settles for second best, actively refines her skills and her talents to achieve new levels while she finds great balance in continuing a strong foundation in family and her academics.  We are very proud to have such a distinguished young lady represent El Paso County Fair.
